At Buhler Christian Academy, we are committed to providing a Christ-centered education in a nurturing and affordable environment for families. Below you’ll find registration fees, monthly tuition, enrichment and extended care pricing for the 2026–2027 school year.

Extended care is available Monday through Thursday before and after school from 8:30–9:00 AM and 12:30–1:45 PM.

Families may choose the number of days that best fit their needs - monthly tuition:

Scholarships and sibling discounts do not apply to extended programs. Extended Care is offered only in the packages listed above, and drop-in care is not available. As enrollment reserves your child’s spot, we are unable to offer refunds or credits.

Tuition Payments
We offer several flexible tuition payment options to best meet the needs of our families. Tuition may be paid in full for the year (September - May) with a 5% discount, by semester with payments due at the start of each semester, monthly on the 1st, or bi-monthly with payments split between the 1st and 15th of each month. For families choosing monthly payments, tuition is spread over nine installments from September through May.
Payments may be made online or in person using cash, check, credit card, or debit card. A $25 fee will be applied to any returned or dishonored payments. If a family chooses to withdraw after enrollment, a 60-day written notice is required, and tuition will continue to be due during that time.
Sibling Discount
We offer a sibling discount of 10% off on the 2nd sibling and beyond. If a family has three or more children in the program, the student in the lowest grade will receive a 10% discount off their monthly tuition.
Scholarships
We offer a limited number of scholarships each year to support families with annual core program tuition. Our desire is to make this program accessible to as many families as possible. If this support would be meaningful for your family, we invite you to apply here.
Yearly Materials Fee
Each student is charged a yearly materials fee that covers curriculum and all necessary classroom materials used throughout the school year. This fee allows us to thoughtfully prepare each classroom with everything students need from the start of the year, so families do not need to purchase supplies separately. Materials fees go directly toward supporting your child’s educational experience and are not used for school operations or administrative costs. The yearly materials fee is non-refundable, and discounts or scholarships do not apply. The full balance is due by August 1. Payment plans are available for your convenience.
