We are so excited you are considering joining our school community! Our enrollment process is simple and designed to help you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Schedule A Tour
The best first step in exploring Buhler Christian Academy is to schedule a personal campus tour. Visiting our school allows you to experience the environment, meet our staff, and see firsthand how students learn and grow in a Christ-centered setting.
Tours are typically available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM.

How to Enroll
To secure your child’s spot, please complete the following steps.
1. Review our 26/27 Parent & Student Handbook
Please carefully read through the Parent Handbook to understand our program, policies, and expectations. Please note that this is subject to change. Click here to access the latest copy of our handbook.
2. Complete the Registration Form & Pay the Yearly Material Fee
Click into our registration page, and your student’s grade level. Then, complete the registration form, and submit payment for the materials fee. If you need a payment plan, please pay the deposit first and then email us directly to make arrangements. A separate form and checkout must be completed for each student. If you plan to participate in add-on programs such as Extended Care or Thursday Enrichment, please repeat the process for those programs as well.
3. Complete the Volunteer Interest Survey
As part of enrollment, families are asked to complete a brief volunteer interest survey. This helps us learn more about your availability, interests, and how you may like to be involved in our school community. While volunteering may vary by family, your input helps us thoughtfully build a strong and supportive community. Click here to access.
Please note: Your child’s spot is not held until all steps above have been completed. If a class is full, scroll down on the registration page to join the waitlist.
After You Enroll
Once your enrollment is complete, we begin preparing for your child’s start in our program. Our goal is to make this transition feel smooth, welcoming, and well-organized for your whole family.
In early summer 2026, you will receive a welcome email with important next steps, key dates, and helpful information to guide you through the start of the school year. This email will also include a link to your full enrollment packet, which must be completed prior to the start of school. It will include details about what to bring and how to prepare for the first day.
As the school year approaches, we will continue to share updates, reminders, and opportunities to get connected with other families in our community. We encourage you to stay engaged, ask questions, and reach out anytime—we are here to support you.
